Our program will focus on emphasizing the basic fundamental skills necessary to develop as a complete all around hockey player. The skills learned at this age lay the foundation for which all other skills develop from. All Inside Edge Instructors have played at an elite level of hockey and are able to both demonstrate and effectively teach all hockey specific skills. Along with a challenging skill development program players will be encouraged to place importance on sportsmanship, team play and having fun.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP

Dates: August 13 – 17th, 20 – 24th 2012
Day: Monday – Friday
Duration: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
Ages: 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998

Times: 8:00 – 9:30 am depending on ages and finishes between 2:00 – 3:45 pm
Start times will be emailed 1 month prior to camp.
3 Ice sessions and 1 Dry land sessions daily
Players must all play rep hockey
Camp jersey included
Location: Planet Ice Coquitlam
Price: $469.99 plus Tax

The High Performance Camp is geared towards the hockey player that wants to be pushed and enjoys a competitive challenging environment. The day will consist of 3 ice times; 1 individual skill development practice, 1 team tactic and positioning practice, and each day will end with a competitive game with set teams competing all week. All dryland sessions will consist of Hockey Specific Conditioning which will prepare the player for the upcoming season and tryouts. This camp is intended to challenge the player and will require a high level of intensity.

ATOM AND PEEWEE DAY CAMPS

Dates: August 27-31st, 2012
Day: Monday – Friday
Duration: 7:45 am – 2:45 pm
Ages: 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000

8:15 – 9:15 am On Ice (Skill Development)
9:30 – 10:30 am Dry land (Hockey Specific)
10:45 – 11:15 am Lunch
11:15 – 11:45 am Seminar
